When reporting a bug
The more of this you can include, the faster we can fix:
- Device model and OS version (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 18.3).
- App version (Settings → About).
- Which game pack you were using.
- The exact question you asked, if you're comfortable sharing it.
- What you expected vs. what happened.
Response times
Weekdays: typically within 24 hours. Weekends: 48–72 hours. We reply to every genuine message; we do not run an auto-responder.
